I am in need of a new nail salon. I am so happy I found Mirage Salon. They actually listened to what I wanted and Completed the job by giving me what I actually wanted. SHERRY was great!!! I will definitely be back. Owner was very involved with the customers. Also, the decor was amazing. Plus the staff was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to wait until my second visit here to leave a review. I’m very happy with the service and materials. I have been getting my nails done (acrylic sets, fill in’s) since I was 15. I know how good my nails can look if done right. I have been to some salons that do an amazing job but then the nails start to lift up after a week. I can’t have that happen if I pay so much to get them done. That is why I waited to see if the same might happen at this salon. It did not. They still looked great after 2 weeks and none fell of or broke. The tech Coco did a great job and I’m very please with my ombré set. I don’t like to hop around nail salons. My last girl stopped working where I used to go. I’m glad I found a new place fast. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

My mom and I came here for the first time and goodness, this place is AMAZING!!!I got a no chip manicure and their signature pedicure which was heavenly. And my mom did a regular manicure with the signature pedicure. May did my toes and she was super thorough yet gentle! Katie worked on my mom and immediately my mom turned to me and said this is our new place! They included things in their pedicure I’ve never had done before at any other nail salon. They take their time and the quality shows! Coco did my manicure and I cannot say enough about her! The day we went in, she was working the front and running around while doing my nails and answering questions for others. Full on Superwoman mode! Despite how busy she was, she made my nails flawless, altered a design I showed her AND found a new one she liked that was much more difficult than what I chose and did it perfectly. I didn’t have to say anything; if SHE wasn’t satisfied with her work, she would wipe it clean and start over, which was so endearing, considering how busy she was that day! THEN she went over to the other station and did my mom’s nail design as well, free-hand on regular polish! My nail shape and cuticles have never looked so good! Thank you SO much! I have found my new salon!!

Would have been 4 stars if I didn’t have to wait so long when I had an appointment. My friend and I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. She was done with her service an hour before I was. It was also pretty rude for the lady to be critiquing the gentleman’s work while he was still doing my nails. My nails came out fine and so did my toes but my appointment was at 11 and I didn’t leave until almost 2:45. They kept offering refreshments and apologies but it was just too much. I’m not one to complain much but I would have left if it really didn’t need my nails done. Sorry to say I won’t be back because they did try, but they need to figure out their management of walk in customers and customers with appointments.

Great nail salon! Just moved to the area and stopped in without an appointment, only had to wait a short time and got a pedi and no chip manicure by 2 different nail techs. They were both great, my no chip mani is probably one of the best I have ever had done and I have been to A LOT of salons and I am very picky about my nails! I will definitely be back as the service was super and everyone very friendly. Their prices are a bit high but the quality shows!

I have to say this place is top of the line. I have been getting mani and pedi for most of my life. That being said, it has been a long time since I’ve been treated so well. I was treated with smiles, asked numerous times if I needed something to drink or if I was comfortable. I work a lot and after that many hours on my feet, it was a nice and refreshing.I just want to send a shout out to the sweet girls that took care of me today, Noelle ( she works the front desk), and Ella ( my feet and nail tech). Above and beyond, thank you.

The salon is in the same plaza with Potbelly and Chase bank with plenty of free parking. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by the owner within 2 min. She had me choose a color and I was seated in the pedicure tub within minutes. They have a decent amount of polishes to choose from. I was not offered any beverages like other reviews had mentioned. A good amount of OPIs but wish they had more Essie. The establishment was very clean and they do line their pedi bowls. Files and tools appeared to be one time use, but the pumice that was used on my heels was not. Ella did my pedicure, it lasted 45 min. I selected the Mirage Signature Pedi which is priced at $46. The masque and the foot scrub was warmed up, which was nice. She placed the hot towel on my feet for a minute. Ella was very focused throughout the service. Foot massage was great. They lost a star from me because she did leave a noticeable polish bubble on my big toe. I just wish it was on one of my smaller toes where I can’t notice it. And she didn’t polish all the way to the cuticle on that same toe. So I can’t stop staring at it. When it came time to check out, I gave her my credit card and there was no spot for me to add gratuity on card. Luckily I had cash on me so don’t forget yours!
