The staff and Dr. Richardson were very friendly and the office & exam rooms clean. My procedure went flawless. I had indicated a latex allergy when completing my patient information and did not realize until a week later, after breaking out in two different locations, that the supplies they gave me included Band-Aids with latex. A simple mistake that made my recovery and healing more difficult. This was my first visit. Hoping this was a one time oversight.
