So far I have only used the hair stylist service and I DO NOT recommend it (at least not stylist, Amber Parrish). I have never had a cut and color take so long in my life. Nor have I ever had a color that didn’t even come close to the roots. I had my hair done 1.5 hours ago and my roots look like it was 2 months ago.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband tried to call for a month to schedule me an anniversary surprise while we were close to the town and no one ever answered the phone. When we arrived to see about getting some service, there was only one person there and she was very condescending. You can’t book online and they open at 8 on Saturday but their receptionist wasn’t going to be there till 10. My husband tried to call for a month to schedule me an anniversary surprise while we were close to the town and no one ever answered the phone. When we arrived to see about getting some service, there was only one person there and she was very condescending. Exceptional service! I love coming here to do my eyebrows & haircuts by Elsie Lynch & my lashes done by Bailey. Very much satisfied. She is personable and amazing. She is also extremely talented and not only nailed the color but the cut as well. Getting so many compliments on my new hairdo and will definitely be returning!! I really recommend this place to friends and family.

Very professional staff. Very clean place. I came in as a new client wanting a really big hair change (cutting from the middle of my back to just brushing the shoulders). Kaitlin helped me narrow down a hairstyle and even encouraged me to donate all the hair I cut off. She was so sweet and professional. I will definitely request her again.

Tara Jones gave me a prenatal massage last week and did a GREAT job! She was very attentive & listened to exactly what I wanted and expected. The pressure was perfect and I walked out of there feeling relaxed instead of tense like I was before. I’d highly recommend her. She also uses essential oils to calm you. You can also add on $5 to your service of choice to get in the hot tub or sauna . Go see her! 🙂
