I’ve been going here for years and can’t say enough good things. If you are on the fence about whether a massage can help with pain management, just relaxing, or if you aren’t sure about different massage styles this is a great place to start. Not only have we been able to lower some pains and lethargy that I have from arthritis, but, identifying certain tensions have helped me to address them with my stretching outside of sessions. Melaine has always been great to take the time as well to address any questions I have, point out concerns she notices, and help with any schedule conflicts that come up here and there. To top it all off the office/rooms themselves are perfectly suited to relaxation so it’s clear that healing/wellness is the concern and theme for them as a whole and it’s a small business not a massage chain.

I have been to 3 of the 4 massage therapists here and have never been disappointed. All of them do a great job shifting pressure and focus based on what I ask for that day. I go for a regular 90 minute massage so I bought the monthly package deal and could not be happier with the service.

This was the BEST massage I have ever had in my life! I’ve been to several places and this is far by the best one. Melanie was definitely the best I’ve ever had. She listened to exactly what I was needing and where my pain was, and she did just that and then some. Every part of my body that was hurting she touched on and I already feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the week. And I’m sure I’ll sleep better than I have in weeks….We got started late and I was so sure that she would cut the massage short (others have) but it was exactly 90 minutes maybe a little more…. she knew that my body was swollen, she knew that I wasn’t sleeping, she knew i had elbow and knee issues, and she touched every pain point that I had told her was hurting. I will definitely be going back here often. Hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had and I would recommend this place to anybody that asks!! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would!!
