I had not a good experience today. I went in for getting my hair colored, and asked if I can see the color swatches , for which she was hesitant to give me the options, then when I picked a color she told me it’s going to be $25 more 🙁 because it was ammonia free — which I feel everyone should be using that by default. Charged for extra for a blow-dry. And when the blow dry was done — I had atleast 8-10 strands still gray. Not a happy customer.

I have very mixed feelings and I never leave reviews. Overall, I would give my cut results five stars, but the treatment of my hair a zero if I could. My hair and head was yanked and pulled so hard while trying to get the knots out, during both combing after washing and blow drying my hair. Then there was no heat protectant applied while the super hot blow dryer fried my hair. I get hair cuts to keep my hair healthy, but I felt like I left with the opposite result.
