Mikayla is literally the best!! I used splat over and over for years and she helped bring my hair back to normal! Walked me through the whole process and gave me all my options. She is a hair genius!! I may never use splat again but I will forever use this salon!! Lots of salons told me they either they couldnt help me or told me I’d have to live with some outrageous colors during the process. Mikayla made sure I left with confidence through the long process of fixing what I did. I made it through with the light color I wanted with a length I could be happy with. Took time due to how bad of a state my hair was in but she was patient scheduling appointment after appointment until we reached our goal! I will be forever grateful! She really is a miracle worker!

I tried a place in Cicero & was not happy so I decided to give Miracles a try & I’m so glad I did! I was able to get a next day appointment with Kristen. She was fabulous! She exceeded expectations. I really loved the entire experience. Very classy and at the same time down to earth and sweet. I will say that the hair washing sinks are pretty uncomfortable. I actually have a sore spot today from having my hair washed yesterday. I was almost in pain having my hair washed. Maybe a small towel for some cushioning would be helpful. Another great cut from Kate 🙂

Critical: ProfessionalismMy 17 year old was getting her hair styled for senior pics and the stylist made my daughter uncomfortable because she didn’t book enough time. Well how’s she to know how long it takes? When I asked what happened the stylist did not act professionally and complained how long my daughters hair was!As for my personal experience I had to go in twice for coloring my roots when they couldn’t get it right the first time. I am a first time client at miracles since moving across country, and Kathleen did an amazing job. I went from blonde with dark roots and about shoulder length hair, to a sharp, chic auburn bob and I absolutely love it. Beyond the references photos I showed her, I expressed the feeling and energy I wanted to gain from the new style and she really brought it to life. She incorporated her expertise and realistic outcomes to expect, which I appreciated. She was friendly and welcoming too. I will be booking with her again.
