I got my nails done on Saturday and by Tuesday they were peeling. I went into the shop and very politely explained what happened. The lady at the desk asked me to sit and wait. Other customers came in and they were served. I went back to the desk and asked why my polish wasn’t being repaired and she told me I needed to wait for the technician that did the service. I asked her how long she would be and she told me to find out myself. I went to the technician who was doing a full set. She asked a friend to help me. The repair looks a mess. When finished, I went back to the desk and told the lady that was working that I didn’t feel valued as a customer and when I was there Saturday I spent $80 in service. She cut me off and said she doesn’t know what is going on and couldn’t help me. I pointed out that she cut me off while I was talking and again pointed out that as a customer I don’t feel valued. I was extremely polite. She then walked away. I won’t be back. I’m sure she doesn’t care because they have plenty of business. However, there are many choices for nail service. I’m the one that had to come back and spend more time in the shop because of an error in their part but I was treated like I was inconveniencing them. Nope. Not today. 🙂

Jessica was the one that did my manicure, she was great! Very friendly, and did such a good job with the design that I asked for. The pictures don’t do it justice, but the vibe there is so relaxing ❤️

I have been going here for a while, since I found Jessica and love how she does my nails. I usually get dip, but I wanted to match the gel on my toes. Jessica has done clear dip powder under a gel color I wanted before, but didn’t suggest that this time. When I came back to see about getting them fixed, Jessica wouldn’t even look at or talk to me. Not sure why she had an attitude and didn’t want to communicate. The owner said it would be $45 to redo, when I just paid $25 two days ago. No thanks. I wish she would have just suggested me getting clear dip under the gel, because I forgot about that then. I like Jessica, but don’t really feel like a valued customer at this point.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will not be back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know if it was because I made a 6PM appointment and the techs were ready to go home or what… but the quality of service and temperament of the techs was poor. The woman who did my pedicure was very disengaged. Looking everywhere but my feet and honestly seemed like she would have been anywhere else. The woman who did my nails was very impatient. She sort of tossed my hands when she was done with them and dismissed me when I raised a concern. She said, “you’re the boss” but then ignored my requests. The quality of my gel fill in is poor- the polish is uneven and all on my fingers.I tried to raise my concerns in the shop but after being dismissed I was just ready to leave. We paid and tipped very generously (25%) so that would not explain the quality of service but if I could go back, I would absolutely not have left a tip.I’m from out of town but I’m sure there are better shops in Newport News.I will not be back and would not recommend this place to anyone. took 2 & a half hours and my nails look terrible. they’re all crooked, some have more coats of polish than others. half of one nail does not even have a top coat. for that much time and $78 i would expect better quality. Gel manicures

Tom took very good care of me today! He made sure I was comfortable and that my nails were in top shape for my birthday and the upcoming holidays! I was recommended to this place by my daughter and their reputation definitely adds up. I will certainly be back here in 2 weeks! Absolutely loved my experience! My pedicure was amazing as well. I’ve never felt more relaxed. It truly was a spa experience!

First off there may be many that have used this place and I know there is. I will tell you it is the worst place I’ve ever had my nails or feet done all they are interested in is getting you in and getting you out to get your money. I’ve never had a worse, pedicure or nails put on in my life. They even have timers at the pedicures to time you have when you need to get out of there. This place is pathetic. I wasted $100 including a tip and I got home and my feet are as rough as when I went, for gel polish on my nails aren’t even correct she did not even go over and file my nails before she painted them and then she put red paint where I asked her that I wanted a very light clear pink over the top to look more natural, very disrespectful people and then they look at you like you’re you’re someone different and talk in their language when you know that you’re talking about you .I’m sorry this needs to stop in these nail places and I don’t need no response from the peanut gallery. Will never Return to this place owner or manger man he need to grow manners for the people that put money in his pocket.

It would be a miracle if your nails last lol. Got my nails done 6 days ago and 4 of them have already popped off and one completely chipped off. Also while I was doing my nails they were so unprofessional the lady that was doing my nails kept filing my nails after she had already painted them. Made them look like I had them done for weeks.

Bebe does the best nails and she’s quick. I showed her what I wanted and she put her own spin on it and it made it even better! I’ll never go to anyone else. I love BEBE!

BEBE was fast, friendly and also very welcoming. She also was very fast. Bebe wasn’t rushing and I really loved that because my nails are super neat and clean. Alsoooo!!!! The little fan suction things are a P L U S. Walking in I didn’t know what to expect b/c I have never been but it’s definitely somewhere I will be coming back too. Also… the tech that sits beside BeBe was very sweet and friendly as well.
