Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a terrible experience. I asked for Randy, because I was told he is the best. But I was rudely rushed to someone else because Randy was booked. I preferred to wait but was told to just go to the other guy. I was given the worst service. It started off that he was rude to me and very short spoken when I was being very nice and showing him how I wanted my nails. I understand not everyone is talkative, but don’t ignore people. Come on! He the. Proceeded to roughly do maintenance on my nails. I explained that it was my first time here and I even said ouch a bunch of times and he didn’t say one word. He continued to be very rough with my fingers and my cuticles were bleeding. He was filing my cuticles so badly to the point that then looked ripped up. If anything you should soak the persons hand in water so that the skin doesn’t rip and bleed. This is not all. My nails looked sloppy. One side was so chunky while the other side was shaved down. I can say more about the quality…but it was bad. At the end he asked if I wanted to do my toes, I said no. Then he laughed and made a joke towards me saying “wow okay only 50% done wowww ok” very loudly. I awkwardly laughed and said don’t judge me. For such Terrible quality, I would never pay $42 plus tip. I’m never coming back, I can’t believe that is the type of service that is given in an area that is supposed to be nicer than other areas. I know the guys name that did my nails, but I don’t want him to get fired.
