I went for a color change, that’s it. Wrote color change and my name on the roster at the desk. Asked how long the wait will be, she said 15mins, ok. Ten mins in she preps me for a pedicure. I tell her excuse me I wanted a color change and even wrote it down. She then sits me back down and walks off. Comes back another 10 Mins later and said a color change on ur nails will be 30 more mins. Smdh! They need to get it together. What a waist of my time,I’m not trying to wait 50 Mins plus for a color change.

Paid for a spa pedicure and it was the worst ever. They need to be trained. You want our money but you don’t want to give the correct service. A massage is not a two second foot rub. Alway ask you clients what services they want before you start. And retraining you staff on how to use your products and how to service your your customers is very much needed.

The only good thing about this nail salon is that they take appointments. They have a price list posted and are not following it. I have visited the shop twice and I felt like both times I was overcharged for services. Nana is popular but, she is unprofessional. Her conversation is on the urban side and Andy he is borderline rude and is mediocre at best. 1⭐️ for the salon overall because of the them over charging, 2⭐️s for Andy because he does not do designs well and 3⭐️s for Nana due to unprofessionalism but, she does nice work. She could get 4⭐️s but, she cursed during conversation and she made me wait forever to pay because she went to do someone’s eyebrows instead of check me out first. I will not return because I don’t like being taken advantage of financially.
