Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMiracle Nails is the only nail salon I will go to for my Gel Manicure. I have tried several nail salons from Cortland to Horseheads. Miracle Nails in Ithaca, NY is my hands down favorite because I can always expect consistent quality Gel Manicures/fills. Johnny does THEE best work – his attention to detail is phenomenal. And the angles of my pointy tips are ALWAYS *perfect* . Miracle Nails is the only nail salon I will go to for my Gel Manicure. I have tried several nail salons from Cortland to Horseheads. Miracle Nails in Ithaca, NY is my hands down favorite because I can always expect consistent quality Gel Manicures/fills. Johnny does THEE best work – his attention to detail is phenomenal. Today a friend and I went to Miracle Nails for pedicures . We were the first people there , they sat us promptly and also had us out promptly. They spent a total of 15 minutes on our pedicure. The hurried through the pedicure. They didn’t let the polish dry between coats . I have streaks in the polish where the paint is i even . I could see going a bit faster if there were people waiting, but nope , my feet barely hit the water before they had is out . Never again !

The inside is clean, professional, and incredibly relaxing. It is fairly quiet, which I prefer for a relaxing experience. There are plenty of colors to choose from. I have had my nails done by two different male nail techs (Johnny and didn’t catch the other name). They were both detailed oriented and really took their time making the nails smooth and well shaped, and cuticles trimmed. Seriously…I got my nails done today and they look perfect. When I have gone other places, I find random skin on the edges of my nails and can still see cuticles and there is texture on the nails. I have been to this salon twice now for gel nail fills and I am impressed. The inside is clean, professional, and incredibly relaxing. It is fairly quiet, which I prefer for a relaxing experience. decided to give them a shot after hearing back reviews from others. I got there at 9:30 am and did not leave till noon!!!!! I got a pedicure on sat morning and was already chipped by that same afternoon. They have no receptionist so literally every time someone walked in the lady doing my nails would stop and go help them this happened about 15 times. She ended up messing up my thumb but by that point, I was so frustrated and ready to leave. I still got charged $129 for absolute mess. Never again!

This place is amazing!!! I never really felt like I was in a true SPA until I found this place. From the atmosphere, to the music, to the staff. I had a really great pedicure Friday with Joy and Ashley did an excellent job doing my gel manicure! It wasn’t too heavy with the polish, which other places tend to do. This place maybe 30 minutes from home but it’s well worth the trip. Definitely the 10 minutes massage with heat on your back, Invigorating!!

I’ve gotten a few pedicures here, I usually get in with no appointment. All of the chairs are massage chairs that you can control with a remote. Large color selection of nail polish. I don’t think the pedicures are lengthy, but they don’t feel rushed either. The pedicure stations are kind of set up in pairs, so you are close enough to talk to the person next to you easily, if you go with a friend. They usually give you a shoulder massage while you are waiting for your nails to dry.
