My dip powder manicure chipped on 5 fingers less than 24 hours after my appt. I went back and demanded my money back, they instead offered to do the whole set again. THEY STILL CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. A waste of time and money. Dip powder

I am giving the salon two stars because the pedicure was great. The technician took their time and was through. Now, here is where it took a turn. I wanted a regular manicure but had gel on my hand so I needed it removed. The removal process started off with the technician having the machine on too high and cutting my finger. I should have exited stage left, but I continued with the manicure. My hands soaked while I was getting my pedicure and it burned because i had a fresh cut. After my pedicure, the technician barely removed the gel on my hand. There was still orange paint on my fingers from the gel manicure, my nails were not evenly buffed and the shape was HORRIFIC. Every nail was a different shape and was bumpy. I started drying my nails but just got up and left (after getting my $5 back for the cost of the gel removal that did not occur) because I was going to go home to remove the unacceptable paint job.

I said i want a basic gel pedi . When it was time to pay he told me it was 75$ And i was like wait how and he wouldn’t explain to me and he just kept saying tip?tip?tip? When i handed my card and ended up paying 85$ for a pedicure i was very uncomfortable there was a lack of communication and when i called them to tell them my experience they had an attitude i won’t be going there again

I went there for a fill in. They charged $80! All because I had the same design but a different color tip. She rushed it, messed the shape up, burned my cuticles with the drill and had bubbles on a couple of the nails. After all of that she still automatically expected a tip. I went to a different salon where they also did a design I showed them. They used quality nail tips and did the design perfect down to the shape and they only charged $70. Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you want your money’s worth!

The first time me and my 3 daughters came they was ready and willing and we all got pedicures but when I walk in just me oh what I need is to long oh no. They are lazy I came into salon @3:43pm for a pedicure and eyebrows to be done the lady said 30 minutes I said ok fine I’ll wait she said no that’s to long come another day gas is not cheap and they turned away good $$ I feel that was unprofessional mind you the shop doesn’t close until 7:30pm no worries my money won’t come back here and to think I felt this shop was different no all the same…

Asked for French tip pedi and mani came out terrible. I’m so upset I don’t know what to do I had it for a wedding I’m actually crying . The tip is all chipped the white lines is crooked and the toes are missing color it’s just a mess I’m so upset. Do not recommend !!!!

Great place with a beautiful inside. The 2 times I’ve went there they were able to take me in right away with out an appointment which I really enjoyed. The people are very nice and i enjoyed my experience. The only bad thing I can say was that the price to get 2 gel manicures was 60! I thought that was a little expensive but other than that I was pleased with my experience
