They charge $15 just to take acrylic nails off. The man who worked on my nails seemed to rush through it and be rough. When I was waiting to get something else done, one of the ladies slapped me on my back signaling that it was my turn. Not cool. This place needs to work on its professionalism and work to match their high prices.

They are absolutely horrible. They refused to do my pedicure because of my size they even make it like doing just a color change on my toes is an extreme amount of work. They rush doing my nails because of them being short staffed and they try to get 100 people at a time, they talk down on you. They talk about you very rude. The bathroom has spiders and spiderwebs. They don’t clean it I feel like just because your plus size doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve to feel beautiful so for them to just completely refuse my pedicure while talking to me very poorly is disgusting and disrespectful very rude I don’t see how they stay open I even took a step further, and made a video for all of my social media’s I pray that no one else ever has to feel the embarrassment like they made me feel by saying they can’t do my pedicure because it’s too much work. I went to get my feet done as well as my eyebrows and she charged me 60 dollars. They rushed and did them . It was no reason for a basic Pedi which said 26 dollars and 8 dollars for eyebrow cost $60 . I feel like they pick and choose how they want to charge people …. Never again Pedicure, Waxing

My fingernails were done great but I would not recommend coming here if you want a quality pedicure. You can get a better experience at other nail salons their pedicure was very rushed no lotion or scrub was applied to my feet it was nothing special for the price. Pedicure, Manicure

This place is exactly what the reviews are already saying. I got my nails taken off, I was charged 20 dollars almost the price for a full set with a 5 dollar tip. It hurt, so bad!! he did not care at all, very uninterested? he made my nails weak and did not file them propley. I just wanted to get the heck out of there when he was done. You should never be in any pain getting nails done or taken off. The place was so unsanitary, he uses dirty tools and I knew better but I like giving a new place I haven’t been to a chance and not a good first impression. I don’t understand how business work like this. They would make such good money if they got their stuff together, it could be a really cozy place but, they don’t seem to care. I will never even look at that place while I visit. Zero stars if I could.

Had a great experience on Dec1,2018 so I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter for her birthday the same day it was near Christmas so she had 6 months to use it she went there today since she had time the First Lady in the front chair Lisa wrote it out and now they are saying it wasn’t theirs. That is not cool to me so I will post this message every where I can. I work hard and that is not a good business experience thanks for stealing my money.

Worst customer service ever. My mother bought me a gift certificate from them in December 2018 i went in May 2019 before it expired and they said it was not there certificate and didn’t honor it. My mother spent $100 charged to her card and then $28 in cash for my gift certificate. It was hand written and my mother said Lisa was the one who serviced her and who wrote it out. They didn’t believe me after i sent my mother there myself because i heard they were really good. I work on the same block for parole. SMH
