I went for the first time today. I love the atmosphere, the feel of the place was very comfortable. I took my 2 yr old daughter to get her toes painted while i got a pedi. She was scared to sit in her own chair, the nail tech had no issue working with her and painting her toes while sitting in my lap. The nail tech i had was amazing. I wish i would have gotten her nail. I definitely recommend and will certainly return. I watched the employees closely with cleanliness as well. After every client the foot baths were washed and all tools were taken the the back for cleaning and each client had a new bag of tools prepped and ready to go for them. The chairs are also fantastic. Feels like a real massage!

Absolutely wonderful. I highly highly recommend. I walked in, no appoointment and was seated immediately for a pedicure. The esthetician working on my toes was so gentle and precise, which is something I am super mindful of when getting pedicures! They have many options for manicures and pedicures and the staff is welcoming and kind. There is a HUGE selection of nail polish colors as well as many different acrylic and gel options for manicures. The nail art is amazing. They have massage chairs with disposable liners and clean tools! Will definitely be coming back!

I started going here April 2019. First experience wasn’t good. The gel mail polish came off the two days later. A huge chunk came off from the middle of my nail. They fixed it twice. But it didn’t last a week.May the was old polish or it didn’t dry properly. Pedicure was good. So I went back for pedicures. I allowed different persons to do my nails until I could ID who did a good job from a really good one. Zoey is the person I now allow to do my pedicures. I’ve had jell polish done again on two occasions and it was good. Didn’t come off but one person did a good job the other didn’t. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed. 1st time good the second not good so I doubt I’ll getting that service here but otherwise I satisfied with my pedicure. I have no sanitation/hygienic concerns about this establishment.

It seemed super nice and clean at first. My nail tech was using a nail file that looked new but the nail clippers she used didn’t. When I chose a light pale blue they gave me this whole different color and said it would get lighter(they lied). I wanted my nails shorter but said that if I wanted them oval shaped they had to be longer so I let her. She was distracted talking with her co worker, who was right next to me laughing(personally I think it’s rude and her attention should be on doing her job). Near the end when she was doing the design she messed up and did a sloppy job. I wanted her to take them off and give me French tips instead but I didn’t want to waste my time. Afterwards, I took a closer look at the design and it’s bumpy. I OVER PAYED FOR THE NAILS(which leads me to believe that the owner just did that to get extra money off me)No tip. It was my first and last time going here, unfortunately. I really wanted to like the place and service but I couldn’t. Hopefully, this review will help another person save money and time somewhere else.

I will never return to this spa again. I’ve been a faithful customer for many years. In the last several years service has been on the decline. I use to rave about this spa and have referred family & friends over the years. Me being a loyal customer means absolutely nothing to the manager. I went in for 3 services, pedicure, eye brow wax and powder soak off and manicure. The quality of service I received was on amateur level and the manager offered no solution to my satisfaction. She first tried to insult me by asking did I request the of the tech for my powder to be soaked off or did I just ask for a manicure. We all know everything goes through the manager and she gives the order to the techs. And further more she saw the tech soaking my nails. The tech did not remove all the powder, unbeknownst to me. I noticed when I was at the counter ready to pay. Then I looked at my eye brows,.. done by the same tech. And they were uneven. The manager fixed them but it seem to be such a chore for her and something she did not want to do.

I came here as a present for mothers day, the owner lady was very nice and the staff were wonderful, my nails looked amazing, and I got my eyebrows and lip waxed it turned out great and I felt so pampered when I left. I really had a great mothers day because of these wonderful ladies here you can only tip in cash but I went right next door and got a water and cash back to give a tip so it was fine, they were very sweet and very courteous. I will reccomend to all my friends

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened. Over the years the service has gone down but the prices haven risen but I still went for the sake of loyalty since I knew the owner and I knew the ladies who worked there. Today Sandy refused my cash payment because she said my money was counterfeit. It absolutely is not counterfeit. But this woman honestly thought a loyal client of nearly 9 years was trying to pass off counterfeit money at her salon. UNBELIEVABLE. So much for loyalty. I’ll never go back.

I came here for the first time and my nail tech was rude and not once spoke to me. 3 days after I got them done one of my nails broke off at the tip. I went back to get if fixed by the same person and she just added powder on top and filed it down way shorter than the rest of the nails. The nail was way darker the the rest because I had glitter nails I was very upset, I had to wait again to get someone else remove the nail and re do it. Other than the reception lady was very nice about it but I’m never coming back
