Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went with family to have my nails done and the lady did a horrible job. The nails were uneven and there was paint all over my skin. She also cut me in multiple places. Half way through one of her regular customers came in and she asked me to move to a pedicure chair. She then started working on the regular’s nails. Then halfway through she came back to finish mine. I quietly and politely told her I was not happy with the service I was receiving and wanted the nails off. She tried to force me to pay. Then she hollered at me in front of everyone. The other salon staff also were saying rude things. I never cussed or yelled. I just kept saying I was unhappy with the service and would like the nails off. They refused to remove the nails and refused partial payment. We left. It was a horrible experience. I am not sure if the experience was related to my ethnicity as I was the only minority there and I was treated very poorly compared to other individuals who were not minorities. I hope that is not the case. Extremely unprofessional and poor quality/service. Surprised the place is still open.

They do a great job. My nails have always been perfect when I got them done there. They never break or pop off and the color is always right because when you walk in, you pick the color, not them (acrylic powder or polish). I always ask for hannah and she usually has my nails done within 30 minutes. I had to write this review becasue people are posting negative comments about a place that really does do a good job.

I wouldn’t even give the one star, but to leave a review you have to pick one! I got in immediately, no wait and was there 3 hours for a pedicure and new set. My fingers and cuticles are sliced and hurt like hell. Every single finger. I had THREE different nail techs work on me because the shaping of the nail kept getting all jacked up. I got home and took my shoes off (after being told my toes were dry) everything was smudged. $80 later and I am one extremely unhappy person! I’m not one to gripe or leave bad reviews and I’m not picky either. However, my experience was awful and completely unacceptable!!!!

I drive from azle to go here. They are always nice and help pick out what I am WANTING. They talk with you and are sweet to my daughter if I have to bring her. I never really wait and the nails last for awhile.

Last year I was able to come here without issue. This was my place to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Have been trying to come in at 10 am a few times now, no one home… no lights on, no one here. I have to get a babysitter for this!!! I give up. Looking elsewhere.

I’ve had the worst experience ever.. they have the worst customer service & they didn’t do anything that I wanted them to do. Then when I went in to tell them that I wasn’t sastified because all my gel has cracked they told me I was wrong & that’s what I wanted & were supper rude about it. Then continued to be rude to me & interrupting me while I was talking to her. Wouldn’t even leave 1 star but couldn’t leave a review with out putting one.

My first time here and I had a bad experience! Wanted orange acrylic nails for summer and left with an ugly yellow, asked them to fix them and they were going to charge me full price all over again! They were not very nice about it either. Went somewhere else instead.

Amazing job. As a female otr trucker i see lots of salons. Ladys if your at petro its a short walk and the staff is very very acomidating personal and detail oreinted. Its a small outfit but one i encourage people to try. I love my nails
