I am leaving a bad review because I spent so much money here. I had so long without coming because of Covid and when k return they did a horrible job on my manicure. As for the pedicure I felt rushed didn’t even get a massage or lotion. This new person whom name I don’t know is just rushing everyone’s pedi and mani. Will never come back.

It all depends on which manicurist you get. The last manicurist which was my second manicurist, didn’t dova good job in shapping my nails. Too narrow for my fingers. The back of my nails weren’t smooth the way I wanted it.

actually the worst place ever. my pedicure took a total of 3 minutes. she did nothing !! like nothing at all.! I sat down ,she tapped my foot with one of the utensils on each toe, the ones that cut cuticle but did not actually do anything.

Horrible!! Worst experience EVER! The male manager is rude, unprofessional with poor customer service skills. The young women he employs are too afraid to speak up. They were afraid to give me his name!! He purposely made me wait over 3 hours for a pedicure, because I demanded to remove my Acrylic nails after the young lady (jennifer) did a horrible job on my nails! Also he would service other women that arrived after me and angrily advise me to come tomorrow. I was humiliated! I will continue to complain until this man is GONE! Just by his demeanor, you know he is a JERK! ❎❎❎
