If they were only graded on customer service and sweetness they would have gotten 1000 stars from me but these nails are sadly the worst I’ve ever gotten im sure they will fix them for me but I feel like since it was end of day and she had other people she may have been rushing bc it wasn’t just one nail or 2 or even 3 but 8 of my nails have poor workmanship if I don’t say anything i know for a fact 3 will most likely be gone in the next 24 hours some of the tips aren’t even remotely the same width as my actual nail, some are missing spots of acrylic and others are so thin ect. if they weren’t so nice and professional otherwise I would demand a refund and go elsewhere but I feel like she was just rushing.

I took my mom for a mother’s day gift to get pampered just to leave disappointed they couldn’t do a simple french tip. They charge 5 extra for french tip then 25 extra for shellac and i got a deluxe pedicure which consisted of a one minute sugar scrub on the leg and slapping a hot towel on your shins for 5 minutes. That’s it. I argued for a refund because there was no fixing the ugly job and got denied because the job was done? Just go somewhere else save yourself the disappointment.

When i first walked in it was pretty quiet and i got greeted well for that part but what kinda flicked me off was when i got sat down to get my pedicure there was no bag for safety reasons they always put one on the tub . Which they didnt ! After wards everything was good but i got the most basic pedicure barely scrubbed my feet , didnt put anything in the water .

If you want awesome treatment go here! These ladies are wonderful. I can’t remember her name but she does the pedicures. She gives a wonderful pedicure and spends adequate time on your feet. It’s one price for an amazing pedicure. Diana does great full sets and did a great job on the acrylic she put on my toes as I requested. She is Very inviting and welcoming. This place has the best customer service out of anywhere I’ve ever been. And I love the massage chairs! This is my new spot for sure!
