Excellent service. Amy did my pedicure and she is simply amazing! Did not rush, she took her time, trimmed my toe nails, filed what needed to be filed and massaged my feet and legs well. She is showed she cared about me which I greatly appreciate! I felt like a million bucks when I left there. I would suggest making an appointment to see her. She will absolutely take good care of you. I think the others nail technicians could learn from her. Not pushy or suggest something I didn’t want, just asked me what I wanted and allowed me to make my decision. She is absolutely the best!

My sister, niece and I visited recently for three spa pedicures and they were excellent! We had an appointment and were taken right back. The technicians were friendly and accommodating. The spa aspect of the pedicure was great and included a lavender scrub, several lotions, a hot stone massage and soothing oils. They even have a drying station for your feet and several big screen tvs. They also offered a complimentary massage. I would definitely recommend! I also received three $10 off vouchers. Very pleased!!! Thank you, Miracle Nails!

I went to Miracle Nail to get dip French manicure. I made an appointment beforehand but still waited for 15 minutes. I asked for dip but the technician insisted for gel because my nails are short he said (which I think was totally fine for French). Although I said I don’t like long nails, he didn’t start the procedure and convinced me to get gel, which is $20 more expensive than dip. My nails are now too thick. The tips aren’t symmetrical. They look horrible. I ended up paying $90 for something I even don’t like.

I have been to this salon 3 times. They have very few staff compared to customers. On any given day there are at least 20 customers if not more with only 5-6 technicians. The technicians are always rushed. Even if you have an appointment , your wait time is at least 45 -60 mins. And the technician you schedule your appointment with is never available. For people who are pressed for time, please do not bother going to this salon. I am definitely never going back.

I had a terrible experience here. Very unprofessional. The guy who was doing my nails stopped in the middle of it to do smoke cigarettes. He came back, didn’t wash his hands. Gave me a shoulder massage and proceeded to rub my hands with lotion for a massage. I had to change my shirt when I got home and wash my hands. I smelled like an ash tray. It was absolutely disgusting and rude. I will not be back.

Critical: ValueI tried this salon cause it was convenient at the time, usually go to Brewerton. I wanted full set of acrylics, they told me they dont use them, which I think that’s weird cause acrylics are popular and way cheaper. So I said ok. The girl that did mine did not explain to me how the gel works, like colored gel or polish. She did not do any kind of manicure for cuticles and she didnt go right up to the top. I mentioned it and she said yes it’s up there you will see. Well I was not happy with it. It cost $70 which I thought was horrible. 2 weeks went back for a fill and that was $45. Neither me nor the many white women around me were asked to pay before our manicures. But when a black woman walked in, Eason made her pay beforehand or they wouldn’t do her nails. The woman was very polite, but for the hour and a half I was there no one else was asked to pay ahead. I’ve been here many times and never have I been asked to pay beforehand.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time, and every person I’ve ever had doing my nails has always done a great job. However, I ALWAYS call and make an appointment at least a week in advance, and still every time I go in for my appointment I’m waiting at least a half hour to start. If you’re not going to honor appointments at all, why do you have people make them? If this happened a few times I would understand, it is a busy place especially on Saturday’s (always when I get my nails done). This has now happened at least 10 times. If an appointment is made for a specific person at a specific time, stop having them accept walk in customers right before they have an appointment scheduled!!!

I made a mistake paying $45 thinking a foot massage would be good with hot stones. It was the worst experience, all the tech did was rub my legs with No massage. Save your money and go elsewhere.
