I went to this place for the first time because the lady gave me an awesome deal. $100 to touch up my permanent eyeliner which I had gotten elsewhere. Well, cheap things get you cheap results! The Asian lady drew a wing on one eye and no wing on the other…??? At first she said she would fix it, but then she tried charging me $100 to fix it. I might as well find another place. Absolutely hate this place! Save yourself from dealing with the most illiterate person ever!!

Horrible lashes service. I got their lashes done for the first time and the lashes started falling off within 2 hours of having them done and by 48 hours, all the lashes on my left eye was gone and about 5 remaining on my right. When i called to complain about the service, the lady did not sympathize but referred me to their 48 hour retouch service even after i told her i left country to my honeymoon destination the day after the service. Will never go back there again and will warn future clients to go at their own risk.

I went in to ask about the services, just looking around and the lady “Owner” was extremely rude, telling me to leave & continuously asking me ” How would I like it if she came in my house just looking at things? ” I never knew it was a crime to look. ALSO, GOT AN EYEBROW TATTOO DONE & THE FIRST TIME SHE DID IT SHE CHARGED 200+ DOLLARS-IT FADED IN 1 WEEK & IT WAS UNEVEN SO I WENT BACK TO HER SO SHE CAN FIXED IT BUT SHE CHARGED ME ANOTHER 100+ DOLLAR. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
