Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been coming here for at least a year every 4-5 weeks. Depending on who you get, it’s the quality of work performed. Lately, it’s been ok, not great though. My brows are micro-bladed and micro- shaded so it should be easy enough to get them clean….I came today at 1145am during my lunch hour to get them done. There was only one lady who told me to come back later because she was eating. I asked if she was closed for lunch, she said no but for me to go around Walmart for 10-15 minutes. I don’t shop at Walmart so I told her that I could wait 10 minutes. She got upset because I decided to stay in shop and wait for her. I respected her time and understood so I decided to wait for 10 minutes, after all, she also has a lunch break. She went to the back and never came out. The lady that did my brows was friendly and funny. She did an amazing job on threading my brows and made them look incredible even though one of my eyebrows has a scar.

Usually I come here every time to get my eye brows done and the lady who does them is great! But last time I had a new girl and man I have no eyebrows left. Crazy thin even though I said I like mine thicker! I will continue going back but I’ll definitely be making sure who I go to!

Been here several times, the lady that usually does my eyebrows wasn’t there so I let another person do it which was a big mistake. Before the service even started I said keep them full. After months of letting my brows grow out how I like them and now I have to start over because one brow is ok but the other is super thin.

This place is great! Suda did a wonderful job. It’s always a little nerve wracking going some place new to get your eyebrows threaded but she did not disappoint! I’m very happy the way they look!
