After getting my eyebrows done here 3 times with good service. I came in on Monday to get my eyebrows cleaned up not shaped. She left me with scars and my eyebrows were not cleaned properly she took too much hair off after I said I wanted just cleaned eyebrows that were thick. I overpay for the horrible service I got when I could have done this at home. I Do not recommend this place, and will never come back. I need a full refund and I could rate this a 0 ✨ I would. This pictures was a day before I got my eyebrows done

they always do a great job! i love getting my eyebrows done here. yes it hurts but they always look great when it’s all done & it’s well worth it. i prefer to get mine threaded over waxed because i think threading shapes your eyebrows more precisely but that’s just my personal opinion

One of the most precise eyebrow job I’ve had done in a long time and reasonably priced. Although the customer service was less than ideal. The woman who took care of me never once smiled or said a word to me other than my total and how to hold my hands for the threading and made the whole experience very awkward.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have patronized this place on several occasions and I’m normally satisfied. The professionalism and customer service has drastically declined. I was “greeted” with cold, hard stares from three employees. I should have turned around and walked back out. This turned out to be a horrible way to “kill time” The entire atmosphere is extremely uninviting. At checkout, the employee became visibly annoyed while pretending to enter my name into the system ( a practice I never understood because you are required to sign in prior to receiving a service). Simply put, don’t ask for a customer’s name if the task of inputting it into the system is too daunting! As customers, we are the reason why the business is in existence to begin with. I have patronized this place on several occasions and I’m normally satisfied. The professionalism and customer service has drastically declined. I was “greeted” with cold, hard stares from three employees. I should have turned around and walked back out. Best $12 spent ever! Appointments are not necessary, I’ve walked in at all times and never have to wait more than 5-10 mins. Usually, I prefer to stick with one brow person, but all the women here are phenomenal and I know I will have great brows no matter who is working that day. I remind them each time that I like to keep them thicker and just want to clean them up and I leave happier than ever each time.

Amazing service and quality, been going here pretty much since they opened in the mall. They always do an phenomenal job, with great gratitude when given a tip. Which these ladies deserve they are in a specialty business where their skill is only found by them in this area. So 5 stars wish I could give more. Thank you ladies for being amazing. Both women are great and do amazing at their jobs. Would trust either to do my brows lip or chin anyway of the week.

I would highly recommend their threading service. Today, I went for the first time, as a walk in, and had no wait at all. The staff was friendly and professional. I have very thick, dark, prominent eye brows, so one slip up is very obvious on me. Sona did an amazing job! I told her I don’t like mine thin; I wanted them cleaned up with a little arch. She did exactly what I said. For $12, you can’t beat it! This is my new, go-to brow place!

There’s one woman who is amazing and then another one who just completely ruined my eyebrows! The shape came out terrible! I went to her the first time and she did bad but I decided to give her a 2nd chance and they came out even worse. But I will continue going there because the woman who is usually there earlier in the day does a fantastic job and made my eyebrows look the best they’ve ever looked. Warning: don’t go in the evening!
