NiKeja is the only one in this establishment that should be doing peoples eyebrows. She’s the only one that does what I ask every single time. She’s very consistent with her work and she’s the only person in there that I will let touch my eyebrows. I went in there yesterday and unfortunately went to a different lady and let’s just say I learned my lesson. I asked her to keep them THICK. I came home and hated looking myself in the mirror because she made them so so so thin.

I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back room and when she came out she stated she was on break and apologized . I was slightly annoyed but just really wanted my eyebrows cleaned up before going on vacation. She started threading and my first thought was, “she sure seems to be in a hurry!” She finished my right eyebrow and quickly moved to my left and next thing, I jump up in pain with my eye watering terribly bc she managed to thread my eyelash! She said it happened bc my eyelashes were long… which I can vouch they are not long. I love having my eyelashes threaded but will not be visiting here ever again!

I went here after work yesterday told the girl I keep my eyebrows thicker because that’s how they grow. I stated it multiple times. She not only messed up the shape of my eyebrows she also made them slivers on my face. Please don’t go here unless you want your eyebrows destroyed. This also wasn’t the first time they destroyed my eyebrows either.

I have been coming here for awhile and they usually clean my eyebrows up and that’s it. My eyebrows are very thin so they don’t need much work but this time one of the lady’s cut my eyebrows way too short and i never asked for that. She also tinted them which would’ve been fine if she didn’t cut my eyebrows off. She completely changed my shape.

This place is horrible and expensive. The first time I went I was taken care of by a younger female and she was really nice and did a good job. I went back a couple of weeks later but I did not see her there. Instead an older female did my eyebrows. I specifically told her that I just needed them “clean” and she ended up ruining and changing the shape. Both of my eyebrows do not look the same and were completely thin. Unfortunately I noticed this when I got home and this is still not the reason I am giving them a one star.
