You only get one star because it would look okay if this is what I asked you to do. I said clean up my eyebrows. I like them a little thicker, I don’t like to look like the joker. The woman practically ripped my face off. My eyebrows are swollen, I never had anyone be so rough. I’ll go back to the East Mall they do a better job and they know how to listen and they also know how to say Hi to their customers. Learn to do your job well and you will succeed.

The colonial park mall closes at 6:00. At 5:30 I arrived and went to miracle brow and as I was stepping in they yelled at me and said “leave we are closed” in the rudest tone ever. I asked “don’t you close at 6, and can’t you just quickly thread my eyebrows” and they said “we aren’t doing your eyebrows, leave”. They were both not even doing anything other than just sitting in the shop on their phones. Rudest workers ever. Close when your supposed to close
