Horrible horrible, I told the lady exactly how I wanted them, I’ve had them perfect just needed cleaning up. And for everything I would tell it was always “I’ll try”, “your eyebrow is already in that shape” looked at myself and the mirror and wanted to cry instantly. All I literally asked for is to keep the thick she took off everything!!!!!! My eyebrows are round and ugly. I’ve never hate my eyebrows more. It was my only thing tht would make me feel good and she just did what ever she wanted. Please for the sake of you feeling great don’t go here. They don’t listen, do whatever they want. I can’t believe this.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience! Went here for the first time to try this place out since my old space moved far away. I specifically told her what I wanted and to not trim my eyebrow hairs after threading. She BUTCHERED my eyebrows – cut them way too short and threaded them tiny! She also cut me with the string so I bled – this is the first time this has happened to me and I have had my eyebrows threaded for well over 10 years! Staff was not friendly. She BUTCHERED my eyebrows – cut them way too short and threaded them tiny! The most awful experience ever. Would never go back nor recommend to anyone. Don’t let the polished appearance of the storefront deceive you- this is NOT a high quality, professional place. I have been waxing my eyebrows for years and thought I would try threading for a more precise look. I also wanted to get rid of fine hairs on the sides of face near hairline. I told the young woman that I had never tried threading before- she just smiled and nodded but gave no instructions or info on what to expect. It felt lke she was sawing my face. Several times I needed to stop her to ask if it was supposed to hurt so badly. She told me “beauty is painful” and kept at it. I finally sat up and pushed her hand away. When I looked at my face in the mirror, it was extremely red with little bumps everywhere and was bleeding in 5-10 spots. When I asked if that was normal, she blamed my “sensitive skin” and that I “hadn’t pulled my skin enough” as the reasons that she acknowledged that she nicked me. Rather than apply a cool washcloth or aloe gel- ANYTHING to help with the irritation- she grabbed a cottonball and some liquid and began dabbing my face. When I told her to stop and asked what it was, she told me it was witch hazel (no wonder it burned- she was using an astringent on top of already irritated skin!). I got up, paid the amount due as I didn’t want to be accused of not paying, left no tip and left the store with my face bleeding and bright red and crooked eyebrows. What an awful experience and waste of money. Thinking about complaining to the State to inquire on their compliance of state licensing and regulations…

This was my first time at “miracle” eyebrows and I am beyond disappointed the lady spent less the five minutes threading my eyebrows then through blurry watery eye showed me a mirror which as my vision was at the time looked fine. Trusting that the lady knew how to do her job right I left after the quick glance at my brows. I go to the shop next door wear my daughter pointed out they were really uneven and after checking in bathroom mirror (as my eyesight cleared by then) I agreed with her. We went back and talked to the lady who instead of fixing the mess out of my eyebrows she made, proceed to tell me “why” the eyebrows looked uneven she blammed in on my the way my brow bones were shapped and because my brows were puffy. I asked her if they would even out after the swelling went down and she said yes. Well its been a day now and the swelling has gone down and my eyebrows look even more horrible then they did after I left. One eyebow arch is clearly higher then the other, one of my top eyebrows is pointer then the other and she shaved more off of one eyebrow then the other which makes one brow look a little higher then the other. I will NEVER go back there again don’t let the white paint and shiny furniture fool you the service there is Poor. This place doesn’t even deserve one star…

I went In to get my eyebrows done and was told that I could not wait for the lady that normally does my eyebrows and so I went to someone else.. this girl thinned one eyebrow out and left the other full when I mentioned it to her she told me it was because of the shape of my face.. I told her that the other girl does my eyebrows all the time and I have never had this problem. She had a bad attitude and told me that she did nothing wrong .. a lot of the workers are rude and should not be in costumer service.. guess I won’t be going back

Worst place you could ever go to……..I asked them to ONLY clean up my eyebrows because I want them to be thicker and natural looking—— and what do they do??? They make them sooooo thin and not how I asked. I will NEVER go back again. If I could give them a NO star RATING I would. I am so upset. Had I known they didn’t know what they were doing I would have never gone in there in the first place. Lesson learned for sure!

Went there to get my eyebrows done and the lady was extremely rude. To start, we walked in and she was on her phone. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting for her to get done talking. Then, I had my cousin with me because she wanted to watch and the lady told her to go sit somewhere else. Wasn’t worth the money or time. I will NEVER go back.
