Always do a good job. Usually can walk in and get taken care of right away. Threading and tinted eyebrows is my normal work I have done. The only complaint I have is hours are never consistent.

Went in today for my eyebrows. Didn’t recognize the woman from previous visits. After doing them, she said she could only take cash (which wasn’t posted anywhere nor was an issue to recent previous visits). She then said she might’ve charged my card twice after probably 15 minutes of me and my fiancé rushing to get cash. Said if it charged me twice that she would do them for free next time, but didn’t write that guarantee down or anything. Came home to check my eyebrows closer in the mirror and they’re cleaned up a bit, but there’s quite a bit of hair left around the tails of my eyebrows. Not happy with the service she provided.

Critical: PunctualityHours of operation are not accurate! I’m here at 10:10 am on Saturday and no one is here! It’s also not posted on their door for any special hours of operations due to Covid. It would be nice to post any changes to your hours of operations so clients are aware. They leave early and start late which is unprofessional and inconsistent behavior. Critical: Professionalism, Punctualityi have gone to this place for 2 years and this past year i have only been once because they are never open. their hours are completely false. they show up whenever they want and have zero consistency with their service. i will not be going back and honestly probably couldn’t go back if i tried because they are never there.

This honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I should have known it would be bad when I walked in and she didn’t even get off the phone to say hello. Then as we began she STILL didn’t get off the phone. Apparently whoever she was talking to was extremely funny because as she was doing my eyebrows she was laughing so hard that she spit all over my face. I’ve never in my life been so disgusted. It is also being reported to the BBB. Do.not.go.here.

Be careful going to this place. There is no consistency with their service. It’s luck of the draw if your eyebrows come out how you asked or if there symmetrical!!! Better to go with someone else than wait WEEKS for your eyebrows to grow back or pay MORE money to have them filled.
