I go to have my eyebrows done once a month and I love the experience. It is quick, the ladies are always nice, the place is clean and wait time is very minimum. Love going here, to both locations inside the Fayette Mall.

Horrible experience. Basically left with 1.5 eyebrows as she took off half of one of my thick eyebrows and left a big gap in what was left. When I questioned her she stated “no it’s just a clean up”

I had just moved back to the area and thought that I would have to visit this business again do you to lack of eyebrow threading in Lexington. The pricing here is a bit steep for eyebrow threading so I decided to Google other places while in the waiting room. I’m most certainly glad that I did because I found a cheaper business that does an exceptional job. I’ve had my eyebrows done here a handful of times and was never happy with the results.

Worst threading experience ever! I have been getting eyebrows threaded since 10 years. My other place was closed so I went here few weeks ago. Had to wait for an hour. The girl was nice but she was soo slow. She was taking one hair out at a time. Very inexperienced. Hurt like crazy. Find someone who has couple of years of experience and they charge less than this place. Wasted an hour, went through a lot of pain and paid more than what other people charge. Never going back.

This place is very hit or miss. Not everyone who works here is incompetent but some are. After today, I felt like each eyebrow looked completely different. I told her about the issue and she acted as though I was confused. She then asked if I had ever received threading before. I have been threading my brows for over seven years and I had the worst experience here. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve never really had a good experience here the first time I went they didn’t do much and took a chunk of my skin out while threading. The second time I went the lady worked on my brows for 5 min before telling me she was done. She didn’t shape them, at all, and it looked like she barely even touched them… I had to go home and clean them up myself. Will probably not be coming back again. The first pic was from before, the second pic is after.

I’ve been here 3 times and it’s always been a good experience. One time I had to wait about 5 minutes, which is nothing, and the other two times I didn’t have to wait at all. I am always extremely pleased with the results.

Inconsistent service because operators come and go. Some barely speak English and I left once because I didn’t feel confident that she understood my wishes for the eyebrow shape I wanted. Horrible chairs by the way.
