Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been a loyal customer for approx. 5years, not anymore. The time before-last, the woman who did my brows left them noticeably uneven, so another woman fixed them somewhat, the last time. Confidence regained, I showed up tonight after driving from Richmond (work), only to see a sign stating they were closed. That’s new, I know I’ve arrived around 8 in the past and they were open. So I knock since a woman was visible, hopeful if she knew I’d come from N Port Huron she could just do my brows real quick, but all she did was was glance at me then went back to whatever she was preoccupied with. I’ve been a loyal customer for approx. 5years, not anymore. The time before-last, the woman who did my brows left them noticeably uneven, so another woman fixed them somewhat, the last time. I have had this done 100 times and this was definitely the most painful experience. I think it’s really gross that they re use the same tint applicator on every costumer and do it without asking your permission beforehand. This is not sanitary in ANY SITUATION.
