this place is completely unprofessional. they say they close at a certain time, and it is never followed by. this has happened multiple times, and it’s completely ridiculous. They will take an hour long break, and will close the store almost 3 hours in advance, and the internet will still say it is open. they have lost my business, absolutely unprofessional i would rate it a 0 if i could.

Have used before and been happy today I went in she said there was a 15 minute wait and I could either sit or walk around I don’t really like to sit so I walked around when I came back it was several other people there and she told me I lost my place in line and then I explained to her that that was not fair And asked for somebody that I could file a complaint with she got upset threw me out of there made a fool of me in front of all the other customers as she was apologizing that she didn’t tell me I was going to lose my place stay away I also asked if I could make an appointment she said we don’t do that

Teen daughter built up courage to threading being done. Waited 20 minutes, not too bad, there is plenty of room to relax and wait. Woman(not sure of name) was very sweet and comforting since daughter was nervous. Very quick procedure and little redness, which went away 30 minutes later. Brows look beautiful, we will be back 3-4 weeks for sure.

Horrible job.Normal thickness eyebrows left with thin rain drops. She didn’t listen to me when I requested to only clean up my eyebrows and not to make them too thin and got snotty when I remarked that I disliked them. Will not be going back.
