I have great eyebrows and doesn’t take much for them to look good, but this is the second time I’ve received amateur work. My first experience Alvir wasn’t bad but my brows were cut too short and thin. My experience with Yasmin yesterday honestly sucked. 1 she rushed and did not take her time. The most painful eyebrow threading experience I ever had. Yasmine is the worst. The whole time I was in tears this woman couldn’t even say sorry. Not because it would take the pain away but atleast to show you care. Never coming back here again.

I took my daughter who has great full eyebrows for a threading, its our second time here and she didn’t do a straight job, she curved them as opposed to keeping them angled as we preferred and when she asked me to check them I asked her if she would trim some of the hairs that were long and she said NO! I do it this way for a reason! It will look bad if I do that! Well, if I asked you to do that and I am paying for this service I do expect for you to do as I ask, I want them the way I like it not the way you like it. Also, if you weren’t going to listen to what I had to say, why did you ask me to come check it? We get our eyebrows done every two weeks and I always tip well and you just lost a our business

I have been going there for 2 years now. Ruby is my go to threader!! She does amazing work. I only let her do my eyebrows because she gets them right all the time! I also recommended my sister to her and now we both get them done with her every 2 weeks. If you guys want perfect eyebrows ask for RUBY. Not only is she great at what she does but she also cares for her customers. Our conversations are always pleasant! Thank you so much RUBY for transforming my eyebrows to something beautiful!!!
