Antonia was was nice and ambiance was great. Just unhappy that I wasn’t educated on how to maintain the color nor that I even had to use special shampoo. After a wash with “my garnier shampoo” I reached out about color changing and at this point was given a recommended shampoo. When asked how to correct the issue was going to cost more $$ besides the fact that a nice amount was paid to do my hair $$$. Then when i provided feedback that she should consider educating her clients on how to maintain their hair so others won’t experience what I have she once more blamed it on me that I should have asked how to maintain it or if anything special is needed wnd that this was caused due to using “my garnier shampoo” basically making fun of the specific shampoo that I use. At this point I feel she became un professional! All I was suggesting was to educate her clients not ASSUME that everyone knows how to treat their hair especially like my self who hasn’t dyed their hair in 6+ years. Now I am left with this hair color that I hate (wasn’t even what I originally requested that she said she can do), money gone to waste, and trying to find someone who can fix this and more money to spend! Ladies make sure you ask all the questions you can think of or even ask if their anything you should know!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHi I visited this salon on Friday I had an appointment at 4:30pm I got there by 4:20pm my hair stylist was Britney Lopez she was late showing up not very friendly when she arrived also wasn’t wearing a mask which was mandatory due to all the signs that are up on the front door. I explained to her I wanted to keep my bottom portion of my hair the same color blonde and wanted to make sure what ever she was going to do that I didn’t want gray or white hair just wanted her to blend my roots to make it look natural. She had me sit in the chair by the sink and started to work on my hair when she would brush it she was ripping my hair not brushing it professional, handling my hair ruff like she was in a rush. Then 20 mins later she sits me down starts to blow dry a portion of my hair then tells me how beautiful it came out I stood up to see the mirror to find out my hair was all grayish color which I didn’t ask for she starts telling oh I can’t guarantee to get you back to the color you had. Then star talking about what color cancels out what color I then told her she was the hair stylish and she didn’t give me what I asked for in my hair color. Then very rudely she told me to leave. After me leaving very upset I come to find out on her IG story several hours before my appointment she has posted on her story drinking at the beach. Brittany Lopez was very unprofessional on my appointment I don’t recommend her to anyone. After me leaving she litterly blocked me on IG. Hi I visited this salon on Friday I had an appointment at 4:30pm I got there by 4:20pm my hair stylist was Britney Lopez she was late showing up not very friendly when she arrived also wasn’t wearing a mask which was mandatory due to all the signs that are up on the front door.
