Wonderful experience! The office is clean, bright and welcoming. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile & a genuine sense of ‘we’re happy you’re here’ My appt was with Valerie, from the moment I met her I liked her. Her sunny disposition has a way of making you feel comfortable. During the consultation, I found her to be caring, thorough and honest. You could tell she was very experienced. I decided on a few services & am very happy that I did! As she was performing the procedure she was very calm & reassuring. After she finished, I looked in the mirror & was so very happy with the results! She definitely has a keen eye for aesthetics.

Because of Brandi’s reputation, I traveled 90 mins to Mint and Needle and was not disappointed. Actually I was more than just not disappointed, I was incredibly impressed! The staff is smiley and energetic while walking the halls and the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Brandi really took her time with me and I never felt rushed. I’ve tried numerous places for injections and I sincerely felt like Brandi did the most thorough exam of what would work best for my face. I will definitely be returning every three months. I can’t recommend Valerie & Mint & Needle enough! I had lip filler previously somewhere else & was so unhappy with how I looked. Valerie made me feel comfortable & we dissolved my lips at my first appointment. A month later we did filler & the experience was amazing & I was SOOO happy with the end result! Brandi is amazing. Saw her yesterday for lip filler. It was my first time and I was super nervous. I had an AMAZING experience with Valerie ! I decided to carve out some time from momming & working for a little self care. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with their wonderful, knowledgeable staff and beautiful ambiance . Once I was seated with Valerie she educated me on a number of different treatment options . She genuinely listened to all of my concerns before pointing me in the right direction. If I could give this establishment more then five stars I would. I have been wanting to get into skin care for some years now and didn’t know where to start. I found this place on the internet and the reviews where amazing so I booked a lip flip with Val to get my self started and let me tell you the service here is amazing from beginning to end the reviews didn’t do the place justice and they were phenomenal. Val is hands down the nicest and most reassuring person I have ever met, she took my anxiety right off my mind and answered all my questions. Long story short I’m super happy I found this place and will continue to come here.
