I went to mint nails recently for a full acrylic set with gel polish. The lady who did my nails not only cut me numerous times, and left my nails lumpy and with no shape at all (the shape was supposed to be square) but was very rough and rude. I went back to have my nails fixed because polish was missing on the sides, and my glossy gel top coat was completely peeling off the set. When I came in , she tried to deny that she did my nails because she saw that she messed up. Please don’t go to this salon. They add on extra fees and taxes, and the prices on the website are not the same in the salon! If I could give a 0 I would.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my pedicure and manicure I got my pedicure it was all good the lady did a great job. I went to the same nail guy for over 10 years, and if he moved, I followed him- he understood how picky I am but was the best. He finally moved too far away and after 10 years of having pink and white acrylics- I removed the overlays to reveal weak, brittle nails.

First of all ,They did a terrible job on pedicure especially scrubbing the dead skin, the lady just randomly scrubbed and exfoliated my leg for only a few seconds . My heals are still very rough

Prices are reasonable for the quality. I encourage to bring your kids to get their toes done here. My 11yr old son had 3 ingrown nails in his toes and we didn’t even know it and they took it out like a piece of cake without hurting him. I am giving 3 stars based on not just my experience but also someone I gladly referred “My Mom”. I had a rather great experience when coming to get my nails done by Lisa the day after Thanksgiving(she did my nails exactly how I wanted). I advised her that my mom is new in the area and it’s also new to me being out of town and that I would be looking for a great nail place when traveling back and forth from Maryland. Anywho my mom called me during her experience twice and first time she went Lisa was not available so she was serviced by someone else ; her second experience she did see Lisa but her experience was no where near mine. Lisa decided to still take client and then decided to tell my mom “she was tired” . If she was tired she should not have taken a client. After hearing this news and speaking so highly of this place not only does this disappoint me to the highest degree but it is also completely unprofessional. I really thought I had a new place that I could feel comfortable and my mom. With that being said I will not be visiting back… it is very unfortunate. I love getting my nails done and the joy is they’re natural and long and this is something my mom and I love to do. So for folks that actually spend a good penny on their hands and feet…. I would just advise to not judge any book by its cover and TO TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. Hope this changes in the near future.
