Each of the ladies in the salon are so kind and put their hearts into everything that they do. I went to get lashes with Emily and paid $100 for a full set! She did them pretty fast, which should’ve been a red flag). They did not even last 3 days! I immediately notified Emily of what was going on and she asked if I had followed the instructions. I did (I’ve had them before moving to VA with no issues). After not hearing back from her for few days, I contacted her back and asked what the plan was (at this point every single lash was gone) and she had the audacity to tell me she would charge me a new set as refill ($40). I spent a lot of money on this and I was not going to spend anymore. They did not even last half a week! Extremely disappointed in how I was treated. My daughter and I used to get our hair done here, but no more. The owner should’ve stepped up and managed the situation much better.
