They are extremely slow it took them one hour and 10 minutes to do my pedicurei. a group of family members in there running a business they hardly had any type of nail designs to show off they hardly had any type of good nail Polish at all. Let me start saying the service is terrible!!! They didn’t do my set right it was super thick and when i ask them to fix it. They give the worse attitude ever just because i ask them to fix it. I pay my hard earning money. I don’t recommend to come here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe first time I went there the lady who did my pedicure was very nice and clean and did a great job. However, I just went yesterday and it was the total opposite. The lady did not do a good job AT ALL. she hurt me a few times even though I told her to be careful after the first time. She didn’t pay attention to the quality of work she was supposed to do. Filed my toe nails down so much even though I told her not to and when I mentioned she missed a few spots since I have rough skin, she argued that she already did her part and that I was done. I’m just really mad that I paid for service like that. Seriously, I regret going there because my feet looked worse when I came out than when I went in. Today was my first time ever going here and I must say the worst experience of my life. I went there to get a fill-in the lady reshaped everyone of my nails furthermore neither one was similar also was not filed down properly so they were mini hills. My Cuticles weren’t cut or oil and there was only one coat of gel polish applied and a kid can paint a nail better. As soon as I left I went to another salon who was able to rectify the issues and I don’t know how they did it but they were miracle workers.

The technicians that did My basic pedicure and gel manicure with a nail fix. They had a miserable attitude on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! They were rough with the pedicure. They went too deep in the cuticle. Then the woman who did the gel manicure definitely didn’t want to do it. She was abrasive and made me feel like I was an inconvenience! They might as well have thrown the receipt to me. Needless to say I will never go back there and they didn’t get a monetary tip from me. Only to cheer up it’s Christmas!!!
