I used to love this place. I went here for over a year and loved there work, but after my last experience they lost a customer. I came in on a Saturday night. I was 10 min late because of the weekend trains, but I communicated this and they told me still come in. When I got there I was told that I shouldn’t get my regular because my lashes were becoming too thin. She then told me I needed more than my 90 lashes and that she needed to make the lash thicker. I told her I don’t normally get that but as a professional if she thought I should then ok. When done the lashes looked beautiful but instead of my normal price of $70, It all came to $121. That’s when I realized they tricked me and unsold everything just to increase the price. I felt scammed after all these years. Now here we are only 5 days later and most of the lashes have fallen out on one side. I could tell it’s because the lashes are too heavy. I lose 5-10 lashes A DAY! I have even woken up to lashes on my pillow which has never happened. When I reached out to them they told me the lashes look fine and that they can change the thickness at my next refill. That’s when I realized they don’t care about the quality or customer, they only care about making money. After being a loyal customer and constantly tipping above 20% I expected some sort of resolution but instead they left me feeling scammed and angry. They didn’t even offer to fill in the gaps and it’s only been 5 days. I have never had this happen so I know it’s because they told me I needed to make those changes. This will be my last experience with them. I totally understand trying to up sale, but when it comes at the risk of product quality, something should be done to fix their mistake, especially if the customer stated she was only doing it because she trusted the tech!

Lashes and techs are always amazing. While I was getting my lashes done they had a super rude and unprofessional customer that came in raising hell, even called the police after making a false statement about being “attacked” They took it with stride and were very calm during the interaction. I started to get anxious due to the customer and couldn’t control my eye the last 30 minutes but they still came out perfect! Love you ladies.

They do amazing work. I will definitely be returning! I should note that this was my first time getting lash extensions. You are able to fully customize your set, which i’m told is not an option at most places. I got the c-curl, 1.5, cashmere lashes, cute, 90 lashes, in size 10. I have small eyes and I wanted a natural look so I was afraid to go bigger, but as you can see you can barely see them at this size. I definitely plan to go longer when I go back for my fill, but the curl, thickness, and shape I am happy with. They are extremely lightweight, I can’t even feel them and they don’t stick to my bottom lashes like I’ve seen do to others. I haven’t experienced any shedding so far, but it has only been a day. These photos were taken the day after I got them done.

SHE ALMOST CLIPPED MY RIGHT EYE LID!!!! IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR A YEAR AND IT HAS DECLINED SIGNIFICANTLY!!!!! MY EYELID IS IN PAIN AND THE EXTENSIONS ON BOTH EYES LOOK HORRIBLE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 5PM AND THEY DIDNT START ME TIL 15-20MINS LATER. I MISSED HALF OF ANOTHER APPOINTMENT THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT, AT 6PM BECAUSE OF THEIR TARDINESS!!!!!!! PATHETIC. I’ve been coming here since 2019. I used them when I got married and haven’t stopped since. Then today while getting my 2 week touch up I could feel the technician removing the lashes from my right at & at end end has she was preparing me to get ready to go my lash was stuck and I literally said “oww” & had to put my hand up. They were done the lady ask me if I was fine I said yes and paid. The. The young lady at the desk came out while I was leaving and on the phone & stated I have to tip. It was disgusting. She clearly said that tipping it not the costumers choice even though my eye was still uncomfortable. Then proceeded to state that I didn’t tip last time. Which I didn’t because instead of lashes looking uniformed some of them were sticking out. I knew my right eye was probably not done properly the last time which might explain why I felt everything thing this time. The girl who was behind the desk that time (short blonde hair & glasses) ompletely I understood and was better than the girl today (short black short hair). You’ve definitely lost a 3 year costumer at this site. Hopefully the Fulton site is better. Maybe I’ll try them before finding a new lash place altogether.
