Critical: ProfessionalismCalled in today around noon time asking if they take walk in for hair wash. It was a guy picking up the phone first, then he passed to another lady after hearing me speak English. She asked what time I would prefer today and I even said anytime today is fine. Then she said something abt calling someone (I couldn’t really understand) and said that would call me back and let me know.Right now when I’m writing this review, it’s almost 5:30pm but still haven’t heard anything. Called in today around noon time asking if they take walk in for hair wash. It was a guy picking up the phone first, then he passed to another lady after hearing me speak English. She asked what time I would prefer today and I even said anytime today is fine.
