The team at Westwood is amazing! I was running late to my appointment and they ensured I got a later time to fit in my self-care needs. I felt really bad about it, but the young lady managing was so gracious and welcoming that I felt so much better. So very appreciated! They even had the time for me to fit in an upgrade on my pedicure. Stellar service. I highly recommend!

I love the environment at this Westwood location. The ladies who work here are amazing. My only complaint is how long it takes to remove my gel extensions. The service itself should take no more than 30 mins but in reality it takes my poor technician 1 hour just for removal to even begin starting on my new set. It should not take 2 1/2 hours to get this service accomplished. The lack of modern tools and/or technique is shocking at a place whose services are priced higher than most. Having to use nail files to remove the gel is ridiculous and too much work for any nail technician. Not only is it too much work it is such a waste of time as it is so inefficient. The time could be saved to allow the techs to get more bodies in seats. I understand the intent however, it is definitely a pain point for me personally. Other than that I love coming here!

Disappointed in my first pedicure here today. First of all they don’t have massage chairs or jets in the foot baths which is a first compared to any other nail salon I’ve been to. The foot bath was also only filled with an inch of water too and my feet didn’t have a chance to soak at all. Despite the name, this was the least luxurious pedicure I’ve ever had. The nail painting also took a very long time. Very strange experience compared to other salons

I go here for my pedis because they are very clean . However, sometimes the services are inconsistent. I have been cut by the nail file twice, the chairs are cute but not very comfy. The front person is always very nice also.
