My friend and I got a manicure Thursday night and this is how they looked by Saturday. Nail service is awful. Manicure chips, and they don’t file the nails or cut cuticles properly. This is their consistent level of service, but I’d use their services because of convenience. Not anymore.

Rikki is the very, very best. I started going to her for facial and body waxing years ago when I lived a stone’s throw from the salon. I moved to Chelsea, a real slog of a trip to Wellesley. I tried to go to other estheticians. They weren’t it. At best the non-Rikki experiences I had were sub par. At worst, disastrous. Today I quite happily drove an hour each way to see Rikki for a Brazilian and underarm wax. This woman does a painless, clean, flawless, impeccable, respectful, dignified Brazilian in about 45 seconds. She is fun and pleasant. Nonjudgmental. Warm. Kind.

Went for a basic manicure. Got double charged when I used another card. My account card also get charged. Called back several times to fix it before my card finished pending the charge when it was the salons fault. Got double charged. No one picked up. Called from another number and then they picked up. Very poor customer service. Not going to this location again.
