I have been going to this location since it opened. I have my appointments scheduled two months in advance, and I go twice a month. The staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. I bring my mother, nieces, great nieces, and my cousins there. The previous manager Jennifer was always nice and welcoming. The new manager Sonia is also very nice, welcoming, hard working, and very friendly. I really like the atmosphere and the services. Sonia is doing an excellent job and it reflects in the world class service provided by the great staff.

I used to love going here for manicures and eye brows but now I feel like it is not worth it. They are more expensive than most of the other salons and the service is just not special anymore. The nail tech I had was hard to understand and seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. The manicure itself was fine but not the best I’ve had. The experience was the opposite of relaxing.

Went to MiniLuxe today to get my gel manicure removed and to do a naked manicure to replace. My nail tech was Nikki and well she was absolutely fabulous. I usually go to Salem nail bar, but based off the customer service Nikki provided I do see myself being a return customer. Great conversation. Great service. Highly recommend. Manicure
