Went in, asked for a medium skin fade and #8 on top. Took about 45 minutes and got #8 on top medium skin fade on one side and a high and tight on the other that has the worst fade I’ve ever seen. Worst part is I couldn’t tell it was messed up until I got home because she sprayed my hair with water and combed it all forward. Going back today to get it fixed and get my money back. Unless you have a barber here that you know, DON’T GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI mean just absolutely horrible. You pay that much money and it turns out to be so disgusting . Of course Fort Carson hires these workers and just don’t care about the quality. This isn’t the first time. Of course I tried other workers but this is LITERALLY the 3rd different worker and it’s just disgusting man. I’ve just had enough of it. They literally spend 5 minutes cutting your hair and their razors are unbelievably dull and it just hurts. I’m just throwing my money away and I advise all of you to never go here please please please. For this particular case where I’ve just had enough and had to write this review, I asked for a medium skin fade and some off the top. SHE ONLY DOES IT ON ONE SIDE and does a high and tight on the other. There IS LITERALLY NO FADE. Never once did I say high and tight. Fort Carson maybe if you chose workers that know how to speak English, this wouldn’t be a reoccurring problem. Or maybe if you chose workers who knew how to cut hair in the first place because I swear it feels like I’m getting my head scalped every time I go there. It just hurts and the value of these haircuts are $0. I should honestly be getting paid because it feels like I’m being experimented on. What kind of sick joke is this? Husband got his hair cut here & it looks like I tired to cut his hair drunk. Not sure of the lady’s name that did his hair but I’d go somewhere else if you’d like to look presentable! First it looks like he is wearing a wig on his head because she didn’t level it to look like a normal trim. Buzzed the sides and hardly trimmed the top. Used idk how many different levels on the back of his head, so many bumps.

The WORST hair cut I have ever had. MY 7 year old kid could do just a good of job with safety scissors than what they did. I have gone up there a few times and tried different barbers and they all do terrible. Why do they work there. The army is suppose to have a neat tapered look when it comes to grooming style and they do nothing but make us look ridiculous. Hire people who actually know what they are doing. That was my last time getting a hair cut there.

Critical: QualityCheap, but you get what you pay for. They ignore your requests for your style or type of haircut and chop it pretty badly. They are also known to charge their own tips to your card which is exceptionally rude. Pay cash if possible.

Store is supposed to open at 7:00 am, no employees arrived until 7:20 am. It was only one lady who showed up to cut hair when there was a line of 4 people waiting and she took almost 40 minutes on one person because she was constantly talking.
