Rude customer service. Design was too difficult for the technician. Believe it was the owner, so I went with a simpler design. She told me she didn’t have time for all this. That was just my toenails. When I sat down for my full set. She tried to pick what she wanted to give me, something simpler, easier because she didn’t have time. No one else was waiting. The shop closes at 6pm. It was only 4pm
