NO, JUST NOOOO! DO NOT USE THIS SALON.The cost was a little pricey but I wanted the spa mani – pedi so I agreed. 1st I asked not to have my cuticles cut and the tech cut them anyway. I even reminded her and moved my foot. Spa treatment includes some mint cream & a warm towel – no massage. The manicure was worse no massage, no warm towel and again she cut my cuticles.

My nails look terrible!! I’m so disappointed and the lady sitting at the front desk had the nerve to question me about a tip. The women who did my nails name was Mary and she seemed sweet but then she kept trying to force me to get other things that I didn’t want and she was rushing. Will never go back again!! The picture may not show how bad they are but in person they look like chicklets

Jen did my nails…I love them!!! My favorites there are Mary and Jen. You will not be disappointed. Linda is not the go to girl. She doesn’t paint the corners of your nails. She does good pedicures though.

Asked for mid length, coffin shaped, ombre, showed pictures of nails prior to coming. To be seated with Dan. This was what he had to give. Left after an hour of him trying to practice how to. No amount of Im sorry can give back wasted time or excuse lack of skill. The inside of the place is nice but the techs have no couth. Owner should seriously think about hiring younger techs.

My technician was the absolute worst, but Ms. Ming was nice and tried to handle the situation. The next day my nails started chipping, so I went back and got it fixed by a different technician and my nails still kept chipping. They should have offered to do the entire set again at no cost. Ms. Ming recommended I come back to see Van, but he’s very busy. Fortunately, I found an even better place to go that’s closer to where I live. The first picture I’m posting is what I asked for… the 2nd is what I got. I asked several times if she was competent to do half moons and I ended up with rhinestones.

Now I’ve been coming to Mink’s for years just for pedicures because I absolutely LOVE the owner!!! She is about her Business!! But when she’s not here I guess service suffers… The young man at the door was very helpful and understanding but the lady that did my pedicure NEVER AGAIN!! First of all I payed for a Spa pedicure which she rushed through being I guess that it was almost closing time… As she proceeded to rush thru my feet she ASKED me did I want to get my nails done… I had a Powder Dipped set with two broken nails.. She looked at them and says fill in.. I said nah you can do a full set.. She then cuts my nails down and tells me I have to soak.. Ok not happy but ok.. Mean time two customers walked in for pedicures one of which she does… Once complete she comes over to me and long story shorter she uses a nail to hurtfully pop my nails off!! Then tells me tomorrow!!!!! So I’m left without any nails at all!!! For all that I could have gotten a repair or left and went somewhere else that would service me!!! Instead I wasted my 35 mins soaking FOR NOTHING!!! and everyone else is now closing or getting ready to close!!! My money I’ll make again but my TIME I CAN NOT GET BACK!!! THEN SHE TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER I WANTED MY NAILS DONE WHEN I WALKED IN!!! Thing is I WAS NOT GETTING THEM DONE BUT DECIDED TO GO AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT!! I’m never coming back here again!! Not even for a pedicure!!!

I definitely know this place I’ve been going here for years. We just moved out to Waldorf and I go all the way back over here to get my nails done my nail tech is Kent he is the best if you ask me. The place gets five stars because Ming has upgraded everything and painted changed out the chairs for pedicures and even seating area they got a new TVs and the place looks really nice. Customer service is up and down depending on how people are feeling.

I’ve been going here for a while. They do really good but the fact the owner pressured me to LEAVE A TIP is my problem. She said you can bring it back in CASH. (GIRL BYE) I mean we’re already paying for the service. Not every time customers can leave tips. Since they’re press for money I will be looking for another establishment. I really liked this place
