I am very delayed in writing this, but I started going here per the recommendation of a coworker. I have been requesting Sephoran (prob butchered the spelling on her name). She does incredible work!! On average expect about 2 hours with her, because she wants to make sure her work is perfect and you’re satisfied with everything! Attached are the past designs I’ve had her do/try on me since I’ve been coming to this salon. I only had one nail fall off (because before I saw her I was anxious and ripped it really short, so there wasn’t much surface area to work with)! I almost didn’t want to write this review because now I’ll have to fight for an appointment slot with her ♀️

This was my first and last visit. Once checked in the staff walked away and left me standing there for a good 10 minutes without saying anything to me. I did a gel pedicure. I had to ask the girl to cut my toenails because she wasn’t going to. My polish started coming off within a few days. Prices seemed to be higher than others in the area but it was a last minute option while visiting the area for not having an appointment.

Loved loved loved all I have to say the woman that did my nails name is Riah or something along the lines with that, she was the sweetest woman ever she made sure I was comfortable and took her time and made sure I was okay most of the appointment, I suggest booking an appointment with her, such a lovely lady and clean and nice place,along with my pedi she took her time and never rushed anything definitely coming back

Twice now I’ve had to come back a couple days after getting my nails done. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem. Today there was a younger bald man in place of the usual gentleman who treated me like an inconvenience and said why should he fix my nail when he isn’t the one who did it. Told me I needed to wait an hour to get it fixed. Very disappointing considering I was here two days ago with my daughter spending money like I have for the last 4 years.
