This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had trying to contact and book an appointment. I tried ALL methods of contact and finally after a few weeks the owner replied. We agreed upon a date and time. The lady sent me a message saying I could come in the day prior to my appointment but I couldn’t make that day so I stayed with my already agreed upon date and time. When I showed up the lady said she didn’t have me on the schedule and told me to show the confirmation. I pulled up our conversation and she had the audacity to try and put the blame on me. Saying that she waited for me the day before. However, it was CLEAR on our messages that I scheduled for the original date and time and NEVER changed it, still she made it seem like it was my fault. Mind you, this is after SEVERAL attempts to even get a hold of someone to make the appointment in the first place. She was extremely rude and I would NEVER recommend her services to anyone even with a Groupon deal.

I had booked an appointment months ago on Groupon. It gave me a date and time. When I showed up the lady said she never had me on the schedule and told me to show the confirmation email. Because I have never received one I told her that I was given today’s date and time. She was so rude to me she said she didn’t have time for me ;that she had eight appointments. When I asked her name she told me this is my business GET OUT and shut the door my face. Do yourself a favor and avoid his horrible service

I’ve been going to Minyarn for massages for the past 3 years. I appreciate the way she focuses on what I need. If there’s an area that is especially sore she works on it from different angles. I like deep pressure to relieve my knots and she is able to provide that with her different techniques. She always asks if the pressure is okay and adjusts accordingly, some massage therapists don’t do that. The ambiance is nice and relaxing. I have a standing appointment with her bi-weekly and I like the reminders that are sent 2 days before and the day of that I have an appointment.

Minyarn is most excellent at her business. The room is so conducive to relaxing. The sounds and smells immediately put your mind and body at ease. The Massage always is on point with what my body needs to be rejuvenated and restored. I’ve been a regular client for over 5 years. She books up fast because she is excellent at what she does , so I found it most efficient to use online booking and have a standing appointment. I highly recommend Minyarn if you want the best.

I don’t ever write reviews of places, but Minyard earned it. She is a very professional therapist. I have been there for few years, the place is always clean, and she always makes efforts to get my body completely relaxed. Never has any problem on scheduling my session. Highly recommend!!!

Bought 3 sessions on Groupon, called them many many times during their business hours. No one ever answered the phone. This is not an issue with Groupon, because they didn’t even know this is a Groupon deal. I will not use this business.
