The lady who did my nails was ok. I had an emergency situation with 1 of my nails so I used this shop. It’s been 2 years since I patronize this place. I got the SNS. My service lady put some kind of watery polish that didn’t shine on my nails. The lady sitting next to her said I can see shine from here. I replied, well, I can’t really tell myself. She went on to telling me that it looked good and I did appreciate the compliment, but I’m paying for this so it’s really my opinion that matter. She talked her stuff and I’m studying the language so I caught a few of the disrespect and called it out… nicely that is.. The surface of my nails are lumpy and the gel polish she applied starting peeling immediately.

Anna is AMAZING at eyebrow waxing!! ✨ The scenery is nice and has been updated, however the owner and some of the staff are very rude and they pick and choose when they want to “understand what you’re saying” and respond. Or else you will be ignored and stared at. If It weren’t for the fact that I live in this area and my mom has brought me here since I was a little girl,.. (so I know who to ask for and who to avoid) then I would NOT come here at all. And DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Very poor styling. And ever since new management has taken over and the original owner Mindy left…. I do NOT recommend this place. Unless you’re getting your eyebrows waxed by Anna! besides her, this place SUCKS.
