Shellac nails and manicure. Lisa did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and did a perfect manicure. She was pretty quiet and not real friendly. I asked her if she was busy and she rolled her eyes and shook her head that she wasn’t busy. Didn’t matter. Maybe she’s shy. She did a good job on my nails. This was BY FAR my best experience ever in a nail salon. I was absolutely blown away. The service was incredible and the work was flawless. I don’t get my nails done very often because of the time commitment but Mindy’s changed that. I got a manicure and pedicure in just over an hour and 15 minutes and the results are better than any 2+ hour experience I’ve had previously (and I was a WALK-IN!!!). I WILL BE BACK!!!!

This is probably the 4th time in a row I’ve been here and had rude service. This time I finally said I won’t be returning after the nail tech cut two of my fingers and then proceeded to put cuticle oil on without even rubbing it in, then immediately asking me to pay as I had puddles of oil on my fingers, then didn’t even offer lotion or any massage. $45 for a painful dip manicure that didn’t even involve lotion or a 30 second hand massage is a joke.

They do a good job at shaping and regular polish but if you go as far to ask for french tip or anything else they will not listen and do want they want to do. The acrylic is very thick and I asked for it to be clear at least three times but she insisted that she paint my nails nude and because she already started I had no choice but to listen. She didn’t even use the correct nude color for a person of my skin tone.
