Mindy’s always on point and they never fail to give me exactly what I want. Love them and their service. I was suppose to post this months ago but it’s never too late, I guess. Anyways I wanted my nails done for my brother’s wedding, and I was one of the bridesmaids so you know I had to be cute CUTE! I had a picture of the look I wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure it was the exact color of the bridesmaid dress and the look I desired. I honestly can’t go to any other nail shop. The shop is clean. They take their time and even though it’s always busy and a hour wait, it’s definitely worth it. But if you pressed for time, you might want come on your free day

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI haven’t had my nails done in years. Now I have a new job, I took the chance to get my nails done. Simon was awesome and so thorough. I was so amazed at how pretty my nails looked afterwards. Since its been years, he showed me the samples of what the color I wanted. I got a full set and wantee gel but he recommended acrylic. Purple is my fav color so I showed a pic of ombré glitter and he made magic. Just what I wanted! THANKS SIMON! I haven’t had my nails done in years. Now I have a new job, I took the chance to get my nails done. Simon was awesome and so thorough. I was so amazed at how pretty my nails looked afterwards. Since its been years, he showed me the samples of what the color I wanted. I got a full set and wantee gel but he recommended acrylic. Critical: QualityMy nail set was cute when I got it done. Didn’t have a long wait everything was cool. (At least I thought) 2 days later nails was already popping off. Literally I didn’t hit them or nothing they was just popping off so bad to the point I wasn’t even noticing. Before it had been 5 days I was missing 4 nails. Very upset cause I paid $55 and they didn’t even last a week. Definitely was a last minute choice that I decided to try because I saw the reviews but next time I’m sticking with my nail tech it can look god but quality is everything.My nail set was cute when I got it done. My nail set was cute when I got it done. Didn’t have a long wait everything was cool. (At least I thought) 2 days later nails was already popping off. Literally I didn’t hit them or nothing they was just popping off so bad to the point I wasn’t even noticing. Before it had been 5 days I was missing 4 nails. Tye is awesome! You can come in and sign your name. They’ll call you when you’re next in line! After a few nail shop mishaps I’m glad to have finally found a quality quick nail tech!

I tried to patronize this place but every time I go the customer service is lousy. I don’t mind waiting but I noticed when some customers came in after I did, they were told immediately that it will be an hour wait without even asking them what services they were seeking. The young lady finally was able to let them know she just wanted her eyebrows waxed and then she was told to have a seat. I decided not to wait after all and I left. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because I found another nail salon that had excellent communication and better customer service. Just a disclaimer, I have had a mani/pedi and brows waxed here twice before and I guess this place wasn’t meant to be for me. Everyone has their own experience this is just mine.

They have the “regular” nail polish that is thinned out in the back in which they keep adding acetone to it. My nails were uneven and I was over all dissatisfied with my services. I had Simon as my nail tech and he was so gentle and nice. I asked for a crisp sharp square shape for my nails and he executed it BEAUTIFULLY. I will definitely be back.

Jen is the bomb! I request her every single time I come here! Very professional, careful and adventurous with nails and art she does. My nails stay looking good for weeks after. Even though it’s far from my house, I make the trip every time because Jen is simply amazing!
