I have to give props to my girl Paz. She is really expanding the experience at Mind’s Eye Day Spa. My family and I are regular clients for our locs which I couldn’t be more happier about. She is very professional, calming and gentle when it comes to your hair. I attended my first Calisthenics Class today and I’m not gonna lie those 40 mins was a bit brutal on the rusty knee caps but I definitely enjoyed my workout and the stretching. I am relaxed and feel accomplished this morning. I encourage everyone to at least give it a try at least once. It can’t hurt

I was invited by Paz to participate in Caliyoga. I shared with her my insecurities and slight fear due to recent surgery. She comforted me and reassured me that all will be well. Not only that, her immense knowledge of the whole function and operation of the body is beyond JUST working out. It’s what convinced me to try out the class. Sure enough, it is and was what she promised. Just follow her instructions and you can’t go wrong, recent surgery or not, she has total and complete control. Her online class is just as amazing, it’s almost as if she is right next to you in your living room, literally. I will be going back for sure. She gives knowledge and teaches application of YOUR body.

I had such a great experience. The customer service made me feel invited. I highly recommend coming here for the multiple services that they offer. I went to get my hair twisted and I tried yoga for the first time, it was gentle and easy enough for me to follow. Looking forward to trying message therapy and facial services.

Beautiful pocket of consciousness here in lauderdale by the sea. I started going here to start locking my hair. As a white complected person, you never know what opinions would be out there about locking your hair. Paz didn’t blink an eye. She was so welcoming, and Paz did not disappoint. It was a good 20 hours of amazing conversation and connection I am honored to have such an open hearted facility in my back yard. This place is open to everyone. Judgment free zone and if you ever need a space to soak up some good vibes and some goddess energy please do yourself a favor and go see Paz for yoga.
