Absolutely amazing atmosphere very calm and relaxing vibe in a cute little shop.Ashley was amazing with the way she pin pointed what I really needed worked on and had me feeling very relaxed and tension free by the time I was walking out and even gave me a few pointers to help me stay loose and stretch at home on my own time.
