Shelly and her staff are very personable and accommodating. The massages are fantastic and I always leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed. The price is also amazing. Shelly is very nice and easy to talk to and she really cares about her clients’ well-being. I have been going there for two years and she has helped keep my back and headache issues under control. Very much enjoyed my time with Shelly! She was very attentive to my needs and the massage was wonderful. She was also very accommodating with scheduling. I appreciated the communication level… I was informed in advance that I would receive a reminder email and that there would be a ‘new patient form’ link in that email. She requested that I print it out and complete it to bring to first appointment so we would save time and she would be informed of my history. I received that email.. and a text reminder for the appointment, as well as for bringing the form in, a few days ahead of the appointment.. which I REALLY appreciated! All of her effort made the experience go very smoothly. Very professional and personable. I WILL be returning!! 🙂

Do Not recommend! We receiced 2-60 minute massage coupons from groupon for a Christmas gift. It took almost 2 months to get an appointment. We left work early took the 35 minute drive excited for our massage. Once we arrived they informed us they had no new patient registration forms in the office and we would have to reschedule. They really had no desire to help resolve the situation even after I explained we left work early. Unfortunately the massages were already paid for since they were a christmas gift. I will be looking into getting money back because I will never return. Very unprofessional!

My husband got me a massage after having my baby. The price was reasonable for an all inclusive, one hour massage. It included oils, stones, and towels. You also get a discount at the cafe, so make it a relaxing day 🙂

I purchased a $150 package of 3 massages Feb 2017. Due to health concerns, I am unable to use this package and have asked for a refund multiple times. Mindful Healing refuses to refund or to give a reason for such refusal.I do not advise doing business with these women.

I came with an expired Groupon and horrible neck pain. I also work at a hospital so I have an inconsistent schedule and am very hard to get a hold of. They are very flexible with my scheduling, professional, and great at what they do. And my neck feels great!

Great communication about what to expect. Massage included hot stones and hot towels. They also give you a discount at the cafe downsrairs and duck food so you can go to the lake after your massage. Great price too!!
