Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI booked an appointment a month ago for a massage because I received a gift card for my birthday and I show up to my appointment and the building is completely dark, no signs on the door, door is locked, and no call from them that they were closed and have cancelled all remaining appointments.No I’m worried that the gift card my wife got will not be honored and that we will lose out in that money (about $150).This is very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. It used to be an A#1 place, but Justin, the same thing happened to me. I had credit coming, plus have a $100- GC from my son that hasn’t expired which is now no good. Soooo disappointed in the owner for not communicating with us and giving us a chance for either a refund, product or a massage. Sooo disappointed. Enjoy your ill-gotten gains on us.

I made an appointment to redeem the offer as well as getting additional services. I was no more than 3 minutes late and apologized. Was told to sit and would be taken care of. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked what was taking so long. I was brought into a room and ultimately did not get any services. I had such a great experience with lip filler from aesthetic RN Christine. She went over all my options throughly and let me chose which filler I wanted to use. She was very informative on what to expect during the procedure and after. And she is so kind and answered all my questions. The spa is CLEAN! And the receptionists are so nice. I will be going back. What a great experience!

My husband and I just received a deep tissue massage from Phoebe & Christopher. They were excellent! Hated to see the hour go by so quickly. Already booked our next appointment. Best massage we have received. Will continue going to Mind Body & Soul and to Phoebe & Christopher!!! Thank you both!!! You feel welcomed from the minute you walk in.

From the time you enter the spa, you are welcomed with a smile and treated with great care. I had the opportunity of having an Epicuren Classic Facial with Sarah and it was tremendous! She was pleasant, professional and informative. Her techniques and massage were on spot. I highly recommend Mind, Body & Soul and requesting Sarah…perhaps a gift certificate for someone special?!

My friend and I rewarded ourselves with massages after a stressful semester. Phoebe and Christopher were wonderful. They were both very professional and gave us exactly what we wanted. The receptionist was very nice as well, she even got us some gem water. The whole facility was beautiful and relaxing. We’ll have to make this a more regular treat.

Had a deep tissue massage yesterday for my very first time ever. It was a great experience. I love this place. Also I had won a necklace in April when they did giveaways and they had I ready and waiting for me when I was all done with my massage. Tip top place.

Critical: ProfessionalismFront office policy is the real issue. The practitioner Christine is amazing. For some reason my last botox treatment in March didn’t take (like at all) and when. I called the front office to schedule a time for a touch up so Christine could determine what went wrong, I was told I’d waited beyond their ‘normal time’. My thought was the batch of botox wasn’t good. I’ve never had this experience before. To be fair, it normally takes 10-14 days for me to see results because I have strong brow expression and wanted to wait to see if it was because it had been a year since I’d had this done.. But having spent nearly $300 and getting very little result, I was appalled they wouldn’t even allow me to come back in. Poor business practice particularl when a repeat client comes in and isn’t offered any solution. They’ve lost my business unless their policies change.Front office policy is the real issue.
